Hisui Sushi was officially born in 2015 in Columbus, Indiana. Prior to purchasing, the team has over two decades of experience in sushi business since 1996 primarily experienced in regular grocery stores as well as high-end supermarkets sushi, subcontracted from a few different sushi companies. Since 2015, Hisui has been serving and catering in Columbus and Indianapolis (Indiana) area for executive and office parties. In 2016, Hisui sushi team decided to expand its horizon in Pennsylvania.
